the staff was amiable, solved all problems we had. we got large family room with all necessary equipment as an upgrade, nice gesture.

The location it offers is marvellous, just off Florenc metro station, and Prague.

The rooms at The Viaduct - Suites & More were amazing, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, allowing us to escape the heat and relax in comfort. The free WiFi was fast and reliable, making it easy for us to stay connected and share our adventures with friends and family. I loved having a private bathroom, complete with bathrobes that made me feel like royalty. The flat-screen TVs were a nice touch, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring. Some of the rooms even had balconies, giving us a great view of the city and a place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. The soundproofing was a game-changer, allowing us to sleep peacefully and not be bothered by any outside noise. It was convenient to have an electric kettle in the room, so we could enjoy a hot cup of tea before bed.

Personally, I didn't use the safety deposit box in the room, but I can see how it would be useful for other guests.

It was very pleasant 3 days, would return there. Everything was perfect, perfect service, great location next to Florenc metro station, city center and Prague.

overwhelming lobby and hallway fragrance

During my Christmas stay, I found two great benefits: the spacious rooms and luxurious details of the property, which added to the overall indulgent feel of my holiday. the key location of the hotel, close to public transport made it easy to get around and explore the city. Another advantage I savoured was the room service. The breakfast in bed was delicious and a perfect start to my day.

My stay was somewhat spoiled by the unhelpful and unfriendly staff. I found that they were not accommodating.
